Adasa is part of Comsa Emte, the second-largest unlisted Spanish group in the infrastructure and technology sector. The business group has a total turnover of 2.200 million euros, and employs 8.600 people. It has four business areas: Infrastructures; Environment, Services and Logistics; Engineering and Systems; and Concessions and Renewable Energies.

Comsa Emte is permanently established in 12 countries: Algeria, Andorra, Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, France, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland. It also carries out projects in other markets, such as Finland, Honduras, Peru, Romania, Venezuela, etc. Its foreign turnover comes to over 250 million euros.
